1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mv77 platform and all associated services. By accessing the mv77com.cam website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting service, the user is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

In this document, "mv77", "we", and "platform" refer to the entity operating mv77; "user", "you", and "member" refer to any visitor, whether registered or not.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version takes precedence. However, this Bengali version carries equal legal effect for the convenience of Bengali-speaking users.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

2.1 Minimum Age

To open an account on mv77 and participate in any casino game or sports betting, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. mv77 may request a valid ID at any time to verify age.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Users must satisfy themselves that online gaming and betting is lawful in their location. Any liability arising from using mv77 from a restricted location rests solely with the user.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, household, device, or IP address, all such accounts will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on mv77, the user must provide accurate and complete information — including full name, a valid mobile number, and date of birth. mv77 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or fabricated information.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected on an account, mv77 may request a copy of the user's national ID or passport for identity verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account will be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the mv77 support team must be notified immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently accepted on mv77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions through any method not on this list will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum amount per deposit is ৳100 and the minimum amount per withdrawal is ৳500. Requests below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if a KYC verification is pending or an account review is in progress.

4.4 Transaction Accuracy

mv77 is not responsible for any transaction where an incorrect mobile number or bank account details were provided at the time of deposit or withdrawal. Users must double-check their details before confirming a transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on mv77 may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw bonus funds, a 15× wagering requirement must be met — that is, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings generated from a bonus are also not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met. Bonuses must be used within a set period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

mv77's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.7%), Platinum (1.0%), and Diamond (1.2%). Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example, a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

mv77 ensures that bonuses are used only for genuine gaming purposes. If bonus abuse is suspected — such as low-risk hedging bets or any systematic method of meeting wagering requirements — the relevant bonus and any earnings from it may be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless an exceptional circumstance arises such as a technical error or the publication of incorrect odds. In such cases, mv77 reserves the right to void the bet.

6.2 Erroneous Odds or Payouts

If clearly incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a system or human error, mv77 may void those bets. If a user receives an erroneously high payout, mv77 reserves the right to recover the excess amount.

6.3 Game Service Interruptions

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a server issue, the individual rules of each game provider will apply to handle that situation. mv77 is not liable for technical issues caused by third parties.

6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting

If a match is cancelled or suspended before its scheduled completion, bets already settled will stand; unsettled bets will be voided and the stake returned. For live betting, odds may change at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mv77 platform:

• Any form of fraud, collusion, or placing bets using a third party's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to conduct games or betting.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Making transactions using stolen payment methods or another person's mobile wallet.
• Attempting money laundering or moving illegal funds through mv77.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other members.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, the associated balance and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 mv77's Rights

mv77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time, without stating a specific reason — particularly where a rule violation is suspected or an investigation is ongoing.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. In this case, identity verification may be required to reactivate the account.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

mv77 reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible of significant changes — via a notice on the website or a message to their registered mobile number.

12.2 Continued Use After Changes

If a user continues to use the mv77 platform after the Terms have been changed, they are considered to have accepted the new Terms. If the changes are not acceptable, the user will be given the option to close their account.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other published policies of mv77 together form the entire agreement between the user and mv77. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by this document.
